Welcome to Buggyfit with the expert in the field of postnatal exercise and personal trainer – Vicki Hill.
Oldbury Court – meet in the car park. All welcome.
Buggyfit is the best way to get back in shape after your new arrival. Whatever your postnatal stage there is a programme that will suit your needs. After the initial recuperation in your first six weeks, through those tough times of getting back into your jeans and onto those new levels of fitness – and most of this from behind your buggy or pram.
Get the best results while having loads of fun with a bunch of like minded mums by your side. So what are you waiting for….come and get Buggyfit!

•£6.50 per session
•£25 for 5 sessions
•£45 for 10 sessions
There are a number of classes going on, see below for details:
- Mondays 11.00am The Downs- meet at the Cafe. All welcome (Contact is Charlotte – 07855 406733)
- Tuesdays 10.30am at Eastville Park – meet in the car park OR 11am at the Downs – meet in the car park. All welcome. (Contact is Vicki 07747 614836)

- Fridays 10am St Andrews Park – meet in the middle by the cafe. All welcome. (Contact is Vicki 07747 614836)
You can come to any of the classes after you have filled out the form and at least 6 weeks PN or 10 weeks post C section.
